Coach Education plays a pivotal role in the overall development of cricket within Guernsey as coaches support the development of players at clubs and schools across the island.

We run a range of courses in partnership with the England and Wales Cricket Board and ICC for people aspiring to become a

coach as well as those already qualified via the various courses that form the coaching pathway. We have most recently run an ECB Core Coach which enabled a further 9 new coaches who developed and passed through the course.

On island we have 2 qualified ECB (England Cricket Board) Tutor's Ben Ferbrache & Jeremy Frith. For ICC (International Cricket Council) course we have 4 qualified Tutors, Ben Ferbrache, Jeremy Frith, Lee Forshaw & Hannah Mechem.
